A downloadable game

String Theory is a split-screen puzzle platformer where two players spawn on opposite ends of the map. They're “connected” by an invisible string, just like the theory suggests. To complete the level, both players must traverse their own world and meet in the middle.

My very first game, made in just 48 hours for KiwiJam 2025!

The theme of the jam was “Connection(s)”, which inspired me to explore the idea of two characters connected by an invisible thread.

I worked on this alone, and it’s my first real attempt at game development. I had no idea how much time programming, and debugging would take, but I learned a ton and loved every second of it.

I wasn't able to fully complete the game in time, mechanics are unfinished and still need polishing, but I’m super proud of how far it got in just 2 days!

Thanks for checking it out! 🧬
